Job Brief

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Music Director, conductor, or similar role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Music, Music Education, or a related field is preferred; advanced degrees are a plus.
- Strong proficiency in conducting techniques and performance practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
- Ability to create and arrange music for various ensembles.
- Familiarity with music software and technology for composition and arrangement.
- Experience in teaching or mentoring musicians of varying skill levels.
