Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning and shaping of fingernails and toenails to ensure optimal hygiene and aesthetics.
- Apply nail polish, decorations, and treatments to enhance the visual appeal of clients’ nails.
- Assess clients’ foot health and recommend appropriate treatments for common issues, such as calluses or dry skin.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing experience for clients.
- Stay updated on the latest nail care techniques, products, and industry trends to offer clients the best services.
- Manage appointment scheduling and maintain client records for follow-ups and personal preferences.
Requirements
- Valid cosmetology or nail technician license as required by state regulations.
- Proven experience as a Pedicurist or in a similar role within a salon or spa environment.
- Strong knowledge of nail care techniques, sanitation practices, and product application.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with clients effectively.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and design.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to accommodate clients.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
