Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, or a related field; Master’s or PhD preferred.
  • Proven experience in organic synthesis, chromatography, spectroscopy, and other analytical techniques.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in laboratory software and data analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Familiarity with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and safety protocols.
  • Relevant certifications in chemical analysis or laboratory practices are a plus.
