As a Timber Feller, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently felling trees using both axes and chainsaws. Responsibilities

  • Utilize chainsaws and axes to fell trees according to industry best practices.

  • Implement safety measures to protect personnel and equipment during tree felling.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Timber Feller or in a similar role within the forestry industry.
  • Strong knowledge of tree anatomy, growth patterns, and felling techniques.
  • Certification in chainsaw operation and safety protocols is preferred.
  • Ability to operate and maintain chainsaws and other forestry equipment.
  • Excellent physical stamina and strength, with the ability to work in various weather conditions.
