Extremely frustrating to deal with recruitment agencies like Odgers Berndtson that don’t communicate with their candidates. They waste time on calls and disappear without any updates. It’s disappointing to see companies represented by such agencies, as it reflects poorly on their reputation. If you want to call yourself a Global Executive Search company, at least make the effort to keep candidates informed.

Rude and unprofessional. Consultant turned up late for a video interview, leaving a clueless (presumably recent graduate) to conduct proceedings. Didn’t bother to get back to me. Rest assured if this is my experience as a candidate, I will not be using them when I am next recruiting

Never dealt with this company before and keep getting WhatsApp messages asking if I’m interested in role. Bad enough getting emails from these companies but WhatsApp!! Come on.
