I have been doing personal training with CrossFit Liberate since September and can’t recommend it enough. Coach E and Coach John create amazing workouts and have helped me so much in my fitness journey. They adapt to whatever fitness goals you may have and are excellent coaches. I have truly loved my time here!

CrossFit Liberate is my second home. It’s not just a gym. It’s a community. Everyday the coaches & my fellow members push me to be 1% better. Form & technique is highly valued & constantly coached. All the classes are high energy, fun, and music is a vibe. I am so much stronger than when I joined three years ago. I feel empowered to lift heavy & yet new skills. I love the all the events! Love love love my gym family at CrossFit Liberate!

CFL is an amazing facility with a community that feels more like family while remaining open and inviting for new folks. When I started CrossFit almost three years ago, I was totally skeptical. However, I quickly realized what a positive impact this type of fitness and this community was having on my physical AND mental health.
Other favorites: CrossFit kids is unique to CFL! My 10 year old loves it. Give it a try! Also, huge shout out to Coach Emmanuel Washington. He was my coach through my Foundations and he remains the biggest asset to this gym and community. My family and I are honored to now consider him a friend!
