Job Brief
As a Network Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing complex computer networks, including local area networks (LAN), wide area networks (WAN), and data communications networks. Responsibilities

- Conduct network modeling and analysis to determine capacity requirements and performance optimization.

- Develop and implement network security protocols to protect sensitive data and enhance system integrity.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure minimal downtime.
- Collaborate with IT teams to integrate new technologies and improve existing network infrastructure.
- Document network configurations, policies, and procedures for compliance and knowledge transfer.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend enhancements to the network environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Network Engineer or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of networking concepts.
- In-depth knowledge of LAN/WAN protocols, network security, and data communications.
- Experience with network monitoring tools and performance analysis.
- Familiarity with hardware and software solutions for network configuration and management.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), CompTIA Network+, or equivalent) are preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
